Default How do I bench test a digital clock?

Bought a like new digital clock on ebay and want to bench test it before selling it on ebay. Have I read the electrical diagram correctly?

pin:
30 - battery 12v+ always on to power clock (Red in harness)
31 - ground (Brown in harness)
15 - Ignition-on 12V+ to activate lcd backlight (Green in harness)
58 - to headlight switch for night illumination (Grey in harness)

Thanks. Howard

well to make it easy you could just test it by plugging it in your car. 10 minute job. sorry i can't help on the bench testing though.

Terminal # 30 is 12v positive and termimal # 31 is ground.
The other two are for the light one for bright during the day and one for dim at night.
Simply use the battery on the car with two pieces of wire or a battery charger and a pair of volt meter leads connected to 30 and 31 to test the clock, its that easy.

Worked great. The above pinouts appear to be all correct.
