A comparison picture of the SFR short shift lever to stock....
here's a picture i think may be helpful to some of you guys contemplating a SFR short shift lever purchase in the future. hope it helps.

well..it's simple geometry really. take a pencil and hold it like a shifter on a flat surface...
make the shifting motions. then break the penciil in half and make the same shifting motions. that's how this works. i am going back to stock because i like the feel of the stock shifter much much better.

Personally, I dont think shortening the level is a good idea. It only makes the shifter even further away from the steering wheel. Thanks for the pic though.
