Now does that lessen the distance between throws, or does that just make your stick smaller?

well..it's simple geometry really. take a pencil and hold it like a shifter on a flat surface...

make the shifting motions. then break the penciil in half and make the same shifting motions. that's how this works. i am going back to stock because i like the feel of the stock shifter much much better.

Personally, I dont think shortening the level is a good idea. It only makes the shifter even further away from the steering wheel. Thanks for the pic though.

I think i will stick to my long stick as well it seems to work much better, and is more appealing to the eye.

Vertex is getting ready to have a huge sale on the transaxle type SSK. I'd pick up a set, if I didnt have the 944 racing set already.

Jake,

How much do you want for your SFR lever and when were you planning on selling it?

The amount of performance you'd gain out of that is a very poor buy per unit dollar. For $150 I'd just assume take two DEs and would undoubtedly get more out of it.
