Anyone have the rubber boot that surrounds the interior of the shifter?

I need a spare rubber boot that goes around the shifter under the leather boot...anyone have one? it would be much appreciated. thanks!

ditto.. to be honest i never knew there was one until about 2 days ago.. i need that insulation stuff also, there was some cheap stuff in there when i replaced my clutch but i ripped it out and threw it away
