Talking New Porsche in the family!
This is too cool. I finally managed to convince my parents that they absolutely need a convertible to drive on the sunny summer days, and here's what we found:



Yes! a 968 cabriolet. I took it for a spin and it sure is nice to drive around with the top down. Hopefully I'll get to borrow it again soon

I think it's amethyst metallic or something like that. Kind of like light purple. Shame that I don't have pics of the interior, it's some sort of a one-off custom with purple carpet and dash, black trim and white leather seats + door panels.

Yeah, the 968 cabs are pretty rare over here. I think there are only like 4-5 of them in the country... at the time they were in production, there were no official p-car dealers / importers and the recession meant most of the people didn't buy cars anyway. This one was imported from Germany in 1999 or 2000 IIRC..

Wow very nice! That color is also quite rare. So a very rare car in your country in an even rarer color. Congrats

Probably a purple interior too? I saw a white one with purple top and full purple interior. It was pretty cool. 6spd or Tip?
