I've discussed it with Kerry. We may be able to make it, but we definitely won't be able to leave very early. Our running group will be doing 12-14 miles that day. Since my plan is still to run a half marathon in Huntsville the week before we cannot bug out on them.

Common on Geo - get with the program. Have Kerry drop you off at the intersection of 123 and 10 and you can run the rest of the way in. Then, when you're ready to leave, take off without Kerry and she can meet you at the same intersection. See - it's really simple...

Hehe. Well considering I'm probably going to run this half marathon with almost no training, I'll be lucky if I can walk the following weekend.

Just want to keep this post close to the top for you guys that don't check in everyday (like me). The weather will be perfect for a nice drive even if all you can do is get stop in, meet everyone and leave. At least you'll where to go the next time we do this.

Well, it appears I'm out. There has been a work related "development" that will require my direct attention on the 22nd. Since I'm not usually called on to make these types of "adjustments" I feel I need to be here for this one. Sorry guys - Have fun.

I really wish I could make it but there's a retreat scheduled that weekend and I'll be out of town from Friday to Sunday. It's too bad, I'm about done with fixing the a/c and engine seals. I'm looking forward to getting the car back out of the garage.

What's on the wrenching schedule again? I think it's mentioned somewhere in this thread but I'm to lazy to look it up. Anyway, I'll be there on Saturday, I'll have to leave around 5'ish though. let me know if I can bring something, tools, more beer, food, etc. It'll be good to match some faces to the names and cars. I've been seeing a lot of watercoolers around lately and always wonder if they're on Rennlist.

Oh, and if anyone wants to go driving through the hill country around Bandera go to www.longhornpca.org to the events section.

Are there a lot of water cooled people around? I met a guy with a 951 near where I live on the NW side, but that's all. I see a 944 every few months, last one was near the dealership going in from 410. Big fart can exhaust stuck on the back.
