Default changing 16V cam chain tension

I am going to be changing out my valve cover gasket and figured it would be a good time to replace the little plastic boot in the cam chain tensioner. Where is a good place to get this little part and how hard is it to do. Thanks.

plastic boot??? Are you talking about the pad, because you can get that at Zims, and instructions are at clarks-garage.com

...don't forget the spark plug sealing rings, and maybe the grommets that seal the cover bolts. Careful with those bolts, too (pricey).

The pad is cheaper from the dealer. As much as I like Zim's, they do not have a good price on that part. Zim's just marks up the factory part.
