Most people associate coilovers as being the "best suspension" and don't know anything about them. A friend of mine bought a set of coilovers for his mr2, and when I asked him what spring rate and valving they were, he had no clue.

There's enough feedback on the various MR-2 coilovers that you can get a good idea on what works for your application without knowing the actual spring rates and valving.

Wow. Why so much for shocks? I just bought a set of KYBs at pep boys for my car for $110 for all four.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Please, for the love of all that is Porsche, do NOT put KYB shocks on your car!!!! And how do you plan to put 4 shocks on when you have struts up front.

You would be much better off spending the little extra for Koni's conversion kit and yellow shocks.
