Hey Folks,

My rear headliner is really starting to annoy me. It sags and looks nasty, so it has to go. I don't remember where, but i saw a fiberglass replacement piece on a web site. Does anyone know the site or have a black one laying around?

944Online has it!

Thanks
Keith

That's what i am looking for, but I would like a fiberglass one.

Tried google and other search engines but can't seem to find it again.

Thanks

Never heard of a fiberglass one. maybe try gt racing's website, they do a lot of fiberglass..

Is there really much weight savings to be had there?

Don't know about the weight saving issue,
I just have a habit of leaving windows and sunroofs open on rainy days, figure a fiberglass one would stand up better.

As far as weight savings go, on last Friday I removed the passenger seat, rear seat top, spare tire, and that heavy *** sponge thing covered in carpet from the rear of the car. Much snappier response and car actually goes faster now!

Take it off and re-glue it, or if you don't want to fool with the vinyl, take the rest of it off and paint the fiberboard with a real good epoxy paint.

yeah, there are not alot of weight savings to be had there at all, the rest of the stuff you mentioned definately though. I was amazed at the weight of that sound proff blanket that is back there. so you did infact find this in fiberglass?
