A couple of things I learned today.
1: Iceshark's fullboat lighting kit is very much what everyone says it is..........impressive. I can vouch for a 80% gain in lumen output, quality is great! A great lighting upgrade! I think I'm really gonna like those E-code lenses, or acually, my wife sure will. You won't be dissapointed if you decide to do this yourself.
2: Swepco 201 in my transmission is not the ticket! I refilled my avatar car with this stuff 1150 miles ago, and at least 500 miles ago, I wanted it back out of there in the worst way ( I had no problems with what was in there, I just didn't know what/how long it was in there). The shifting got very heavy and notchy, both up and downshifting, and took a minimum of 10 miles of driving to warm it up just to get it point where it was somewhat tolerable again. Today I put in Redline 75-90ns in it, took it out for a spin, and low and beholds, it started shifting much better from the very moment I left the garage with it in there. I've been running the Redline in my '83 for about a year now (its been pretty much a daily driver), and have absolutely no issues with it in this car, as it is a very smooth shifting car. I can already tell that it will be much better in this car also. I HIGHLY reccomend the Redline over the Swepco 201..... any day of the week.
