Default X Post: Looking for drivers seat in DFW

I finally took the plunge and bought an 87 951. The PO had it as a track car and has a MOMO race seat in it. Being that I'm 6'6" and 250 lbs., I'm having some trouble with that seat. I'm trying to figure out a way to rig the seat to work (stretch it wider and tilt it back) but I'm not too sure it's going to work. So does anyone in this area have a decent drivers seat that I can buy if I give up on the race seat?

Check with Jake 944CS...last I talked to him he was thinking about selling some seats. They were in real fine shape too.

I prefer black sports seats. They don't have to be either though as I can get dyed or reupholstered if the price is right.

I've got factory black leather seats (not sport) that are coming out to make room for race seats. I'd be interested in a trade. I'll take some pics, can you do the same?

Sorry, never got the pics. Daughter had a program at school. I was able to borrow a seat from Vick Racing in Fort Worth to test fir in my car. Very nice guy at the shop. Left him my credit card # and he let me borrow an Ultrashield seat and cover for a few days.
