Default Will this fit in the back of a 944 turbo?

Im up here at school and I don't have a measuring tape on me but I think if the seats are down that I might be able to get these speakers to fit in the back hatch? These are for 2 speakers. The size is:

Height: 1064mm (41.9 in)
Width: 285mm (11.2 in)
Depth: 431mm (17 in)

If you need to see what they look like heres the Link

Let me know what you guys think or can help me out.

Wow - what did those bad boys cost? I love B&W speakers, thinking of picking up a pair of Martin Logan's in the near future.

I say yes with the back seats down. I moved a 60x36 dining room table in the back of the 951 with the hatch closed. Granted, I was pushed up against the steering wheel and had to reach behind me to shift ( ) but I got it home.

The only concern I can see is how far forward they need to be to ensure the hatch closes. You may need to bring a blanket or pad and some twine.

My Definitive Techs are bigger and they fit, even in the boxes. The tops had to rest on the luggage cover, but they fit.

The ol lady conviced me to wait until she gets out of class as she wanted to come with, so I waited and we took her Jeep down to pick the speakers up. We had no problem getting them in there. I ended up getting 40% off on the speakers as they came out with the new 800 diamond series. Thanks for all the quick replys.

Martin Logans are very nice but also a very expensive speaker as well.

I love Axiom speakers. Their M3ti bookshelves ($300) will blow anything under a grand out of the water. Truly remarkable Canadian company.

You would be suprised what can fit in a 944 with the rear seat down, especially if you move the passenger seat forward and fold it down...

I heard those they were truely remarkable for their price range. If had $150 more I would go for the DM601 Series 3 or even the DM602's. They sounded more open and had a larger soundstage in my opinion. The nautilus tweeter is awesome.
