Default What I found in my porsche.

A while ago I was digging into the spare tire area of my 85, finding the typical tool pouch tire guage bra bag ect. What I was surprised to find was a pair of plastic gloves in a sealed bag which looks like German writing on it. Was this original? There is also a large clear plastic bag big enough for a tire. Probably for the dirty spare you take off. Whatcha think?

I found a crack pipe under the passenger seat last week in a ziplock baggie, with a lighter. You think I'm kidding, huh? lol...I'm not kidding.

I threw it away post haste...I had visions of being pulled over and the cops finding it..."Oh, sure it's not yours, we believe you...hands behind your head please..."

Could you imagine?!

I actually bought it from a "part-time actor/restaurant owner" in LA. hehe.

LA people are weird, man.

I'm surprised they don't include waterless hand cleaner now adays, what with the price of the new ones. It would have been nice to find money like someone else did here. But I'm just glad to have it and enjoy the ride and handling.

When I got my car home and gave it a deep clean, I found the gloves, a folded sheet of plastic in a Porsche baggie and the original touch up paint still sealed!
Then I removed the seats and found empty ammo shells...spooky

Yes, the gloves come with the cars. I had a hilarious friend who found the gloves when she was less than sober and every time I meet her in a non-sober state she questions why I had that kind of gloves in my car..

She is cute though, so I guess it's ok.. And I had to fight her to get them back.

I think the PO took the gloves out of my car a long time ago...but when find the car, it had been sitting for upwards of 7 years, and I found another kind of rubber glove in the glove compartment...that's right! A CONDOM that expired in like 1993!
Seeing as I found the car through my hairdresser, the PO's wife, and I saw her often enough, I knida figured it not to be something to bring up while I'm sitting in the chair...

I found them same pair of gloves still in the baggie, inside my Porsche-branded 12v tire pump when I had a blow-out and needed to change a tire. I did not use the gloves, but the tire pump worked like a charm!

I found a Montana Phone book.... so if I needed to call Montana, I would've been able to do so with ease!

Geoff, the Montana phone book also came from the factory. Porsche saw the importance and decided to put one in. I mean really, what Porsche owner doesnt call Montana?
