i'd also like to know how long this offer will last - but have to run this past the wife

also does anyone know if they will fit a 6'4" driver? - i've test fitted various sparcos and my head goes well over the top making me into a nice bobble head if i ever play bumper cars - i fit well into kirkey's as they seem to be made more for american sized people especially the height

I haven't given much thought to the length of the group buy. Ordering will probably start this week. I'll try and get it running for 2 weeks if I can, more if they let me.

Erik, do you need a price quote on those roadsters, or are you still deciding? Anyone else need a price quote today? I'll be making a call in an hour or so.

Go to the link and it should be pretty obvious what the difference is between side and bottom mount. The side mounts are fixed and do not have sliders. They bolt to the side of the seat and have an L shape that allows bolting to the floor.

I see what you are saying... the C bracket is NOT a side mount. Is it a side mount you are looking for?

Yeah, I'd go for the side mount. The adj. sliders weight a TON!

anyone have any opinions on these seats for 6'4" drivers? will the top of the seat just come up to my neck or is it tall enough for someone my height? i was going to stop by OG Racing but found out they don't carry that model or know if it'll fit me (they mentioned that italians who design the seat aren't very tall so aren't as concerned about it fitting taller drivers)

are you interested in a certain seat? talking to the supplier about your circumstance, the corbeau A4 is recomended. Take a look at that seat on corbeaus website and let me know if you are interested. The OMP "big" seat is also recomended.
As for quotes from this thread:
Can't do much more then free shipping on sparcos. For whomever was asking:
Sparco fighter Pair with brackets sliders SHIPPED: 1296
Sprint, equipped same as above SHIPPED: 1056
Roadster, same, shipped: 1396

Chris, for side mounts, which are only available for the FX1 series, and the Pro Sport seat, it will cost an extra 15 dollars per seat above the quoted price i have in the beginning of the thread.

I can get great pricing on corbeaus. Discounts on Recaros and sparcos are there, but not as good as corbeau.

Pair of Forza's 568 with everything shipped.

Eyal, sadly, I cannot enter the group buy... For as of right now, we do not have the money.

However, is there a way you can get me the deal later? If not, no big deal... Thanks for putting this on buddy!!

Eyal,
Do you have a link for the D brackets? Any info on the seat height in this configuration compared to the stock seat. Currently head clearance is tight and want to find a solution to get lower in the car.

As to DOT approved 4+pt belts, Schroth provides a couple of sets that have the red release button and DOT

The brackets will set the corbeaus a bit lower then the factory seats, not by too much though. I think with sidemounts you MIGHT have em lower. Another option on some seats is to have them shaved to sit lower. this otption is 30 dollars per seat. I can get you pricing on those harneses, just gotta tell me which one you want exactly.
