Default Traded my car today

Traded my car for some of these today (see first pic)

Had her 5 years- it was hard letting go... (see second pic)

Ahmet's going to be real sad to see her go too- he lived to work on my car (see third)

The last pic is the replacement I bought today, should be here in a week- 6 speed, long tube headers, H pipe, cam, (stock exhaust, stock intake)- 355rwhp

Ok ninja, that Vette does look nice. But you need to change the rims, I don't like them.

They will soon be replaced with gun metal Z06 rims. Chrome sucks

horsepower is as addictive as any drug out there! a buddy of mine had a '91 s2 traded that in for a '97 boxster 2 years ago and in the same year also purchased a '98 pewter vette just like the one you are getting. His has the magnesium rims. There is far more horsepower in the vette than the boxster and he wants to trade the vette in for a viper or a heavily modified vette. He can't get enough horsepower.

vettes are fun, but after a couple years with the sqweaks and rattles and sloppy steering and poor road feel from the car, you'll be wanting to trade it for a porsche again. trust me, been that route.
bang for the buck though a vette is tough to beat. s/c outta put you around 550-600hp. I'm not gonna envy your rear tire bills.

The C5 does not rattle and squeak like the old ones and they are well balanced like our cars but with so much more power. A previous employer has a 02 Z06 with a supercharger on it and it is scary fast. 585hp 474rwhp.
