I just installed over the weekend the cda-9853 Alpine unit with Eclipse 6 1/2's, alpine 4x6's and a 4 channel Blaupunkt amp. The CDA-9853 does not have adjustable color however the CDA-9855 for $100.00 more will allow for adjustable display up to 512 colors. The nice feature with the Alpine units is the i personalize.
