Unhappy Porsche 968 trip meter and odometer

Hi,
The trip meter and odometer on my 968 has stopped working.
The speedo works fine.
I can still hear a click when the car is moving.
Any ideas what it could be?
If it is the gears, can you buy these?

Many thanks
Amolak

Can you advise of sources in UK / Europe or US?
Is it true the 968 has a single 15 tooth gear.
thanks

Don't know of any EU sources... come to think of it, with KPH markings you may have to have a VDO shop repair it....

Rennbay also has them. Here's a link to their odo gears.

No affiliation, just a happy customer. Good luck!

The 968 used a two gear system. A small single gear and an odd shaped holder. Both are probably broken. The bad news is that we do not make that set.
Your best bet would be to send it to someplace like North Hollywood Speedometer for repair. www.nhspeedometer.com

http://www.essentialstyling.com/ can't help.
