The biggest bottleneck is the head/cam.
The other mods (intake/MAF/TB/manifold/header/exhaust) will only work to part of their potential until you mill/port the head and install a taller cam. I'm doing the MAF conversion pretty soon, but even Milledge told me on the phone the other day I'm probably only going to gain ~4hp with this. Now, something tells me I'm gonna get more than 4 once it's dyno tuned with the S-AFC (closer to 10 is my guess), but even so, it won't be anything extreme.
Summary...don't bother honing/boring your intake parts unless you've got the head done and you're moving a good amount of air. Though, it is true that the stock intake manifold IS restrictive. It's just a matter of power/dollar. You may well see an increase by honing and boring the manifold, and a decent increase on a well-modded car...but is a few HP worth the $350 to have it extrude honed? It's a personal choice.
I'm saving headwork for the 951 I'll have someday. It's not cost efficient at all on the N/A unless you're going full-out with the motor. And as awesome as 250 N/A HP would be, I just can't afford it.
