Default "High mileage" emblems - how to get 'em?

I've seen a few special emblems (they might be a PCA thing) on a few cars locally - usually 911s - that refer to high mileage. I think there's one for 100,000 km and one for 250,000 km. My 951 has over 250K km (about 156K miles) and the 944 will certainly make it in a couple of years. Are these PCA badges or are they something from Porsche or what? I probably wouldn't put 'em on the car, but they might be an interesting conversation piece.

Hmm...they might even just be something that the local PCA guys are doing around you. Sounds like an interesting idea.

Anybody got a means to make decals of it? I think it would make an interesting addition to my drivers side rear quarter window (the 250.000km version).

I need one for 325K miles, I should roll 327 by the end of the month! I'd love to see something like a decal made up, hmmm.

If someone had a way of printing them cheep enough I could certainly do the design work. The existing ones don't make much since for us front engine boys since we have no rear grillle to put them in, and I'm not about to drill two holes for one.

I have no cash right now, I won't bother talking to a sticker shop. If someone did do them, like maybe 50K mile intervals or 25K mile intervals, just stick the new one over the old when you hit the milage. My problem would be a stack of stickers sticking out past the mirror, lol. I'd like to see about 2-2.5" sticker for the side window or the side of the hatch. I like the design that Harry posted!

I bought decal material on ebay, it isn't too expensive. The stuff I got is just like the stuff that comes with model cars, only you print what ever you want on it with an inkjet printer. You can get fancier stuff too. They have both transparent and white background for making decals to go on dark surfaces. That is how I put those little 944fest and Rennlist logos on the pull string 944s I passed out. It's not very durable, but could be made in a negative to go inside the glass or even put some kind of clear coat over it on the exterior. Do an ebay search for inkjet decal (http://search.ebay.com/ws/search/AdvSearch) or something like that. Whatever decal you dream up can be done!

Hmmm, what about doing them on the clear or white and doing a layer of clear over the print to protect it, then cut them out?
