one car runs a 13.9 sec 1/4 and traps at 94 mph. Another clocks a 14.5 sec 1/4 and traps at 100 mph.
One car makes a hell of a lot more tq than the other

If you enjoy it have fun, it will break parts over the long run but anyone who claims to have never broken a part on a race track is a liar or a newbie. It is your car, enjoy how you like. It is a bit like using a butterknife to cut down a tree (wrong tool for the job), but that is your choice.

hey, as long as you enjoyed your car in a controlled environment it's a cool thing to do no matter what kind of racing you're doing. It's all about personal preference, i like to swing my 1900 pound 84 GTI around some corners just as much as i liked(notice--LIKED) to stomp the loud pedal on my 300+whp 02 GTI
But going 120ish on the highways is not the best idea, cops will get you sooner or later and if they won't get you Darwin will

For pitty sakes people, sometimes Code Red breaks just from looking at her.

Besides, what's a CV joint or two between friends?

once again, its not like i do this every weekend like its a planned thing, hell i know what the car is meant to do and what its not meant to do, rules are made to be broken and blah blah blah, but whats the point in having a car if you can't have fun in it. UGH!
