Default Cleaning Silicone Lines

Can I just use soap and water to clean my silicone vacuum lines or will that dry them out? I replaced my vacuum lines today and some of them already got dirty from my dirty hands touching them

When i ordered my silicon lines, the company included a note saying you could use rubbing alcohol on them to clean them up if they get dirty, and i tried it, it works great.
