Default are these the RIGHT engine mounts?

http://www.vertexauto.com/item.wws?s...vertexauto.com

They say OEM, but the price seems too good to be true (i.e. less then half price)

My car has a vibration about around 3,000 rpm. I'm told it's either balance shafts off by a tooth or motor mounts. The car also has a vibration at Idle so I've been planning on getting motors mounts.

I was told that the balance shafts are probally fine, but 3,000 rpm is just the area where these engines need the balance shafts the most and w/ the bad motor mounts that point will be amplified.
Is this true?

Nope, junk. Get original Porsche mounts.

Kyle, if the balance shafts are off, the vibration will be beyond annoying. If the motor mounts are bad, which they probably are, you will see lots of movement in the shifter driving, in gear as you depress and lift the accelerator.

Mine are so bad, that I can physically move the engine by the cam tower.

Kevin,

I think you're right. Just the motor mounts. Plus, we just did the belts a while ago and had 2 ex-Porsche mechanics come inspect and tension before we put the covers back on.

Careful running too long with bad motor mounts, especially on the 951. My exhaust headers cracked as a result of this as the engine sags and stresses the exhaust system. And yes, they were the updated manifolds with the bellows on cylinder #1.
