Default Mech vs Body Shops, mad as hell!

My Clutch Master Cylinder busted through my by firewall. One would think that this is a simple job! Remove the stuff around it, then weld up the hole and place everything back!

Took it to a mech, left it overnight and guess what. He told be that the job was for a body shop. Now I took it to a body shop. When he looked it over, first thing he said, that it was a job for a mech. Basically I had to beg him to work on it. Tomorrow he'll tell me if he will take it.

In other words it is a pia and they don't want to do it. Try a resto shop.
