Default What Are These 2 Things

1-/ The throttle body air valve, what does it do?

2-/ Is this the mixture adjustment for the AFM? What does it do?

on the throttle body- this adjusts the idle, according to the manual IIRC you unplug the ISV and adjust the baseline idle and the ISV does the fine adjust

On the AFM this adjusts the CO and A/F ratio

ISV = Idle Stabaliser Valve. It lets air past the throttle body when the throttle is closed to allow the engine to idle.
