Lartiga is a Rennlister.

I almost used buy it now on that rollbar but I still have to carry my youngest son in the back seat sometimes.

Have fun with it.

Congrats! I just picked one up myself. Not an Autopower but very similar. Got mine for $150 and was able to pick it up on an already scheduled road trip so no shipping...can you say BONUS!?!

Anyone know who makes this one? Just wondering if someday I can get U-Weld front cage for it?!?

Edit: Now that I have looked around a bit I'm thinking that maybe this is an Autopower bar but with the optional seat support cross tube. This would be another nice bonus to know that the full cage can be had for an additional $300

I hope you never need it!

I still have a rollbar waiting to go into my Miata, but it's just not the same thing. Still, though, cars just look sooooo much meaner with rollbars!

fossil_fuel - kinda looks like an autopower, but i'm not sure. it does look like a nice deal for $150.

JM I was checking out your auction and looks like you got a pretty sweet deal yourself. The more I look into this and going by the pictures on Autopower's website I do think this is one.

I'll know for sure tomorrow when I peel off the decals from the PO and see what is under that one on the top bar. Regardless, for what I paid I'm happy just to get something in the car.

I wasnt going to even ask, but i see im at 1,666 posts...so to get rid of that unholy number...

How do these roll cages bolt into the interior? Do they use any type of factory mounting place or are you supposed to drill the holes? Also typically how much do these weigh? Just curious.

well, you're past 1666 now.

this one bolts to the floorboard and wheel arch after drilling holes through. the backing plates you see in the photo mount on the underside of the floorboard to bolt everything to. as for weight - i'm curious myself. i would guess around 40-50 pounds. hopefully not much more. if i remove the rear carpet and so on, that should help cancel some of the weight.

Some poor pictures of my old rollcage here... PO had his shop custom fabricate it. I had to take it out since it was a daily driver, and I didn't feel like driving around with a helmet all the time..
