Just to let everyone know that this sticky should be removed tomorrow replaced with a new one with all the hotel details and the gathering information for Fri and Sat nights. Just keeping everyone in the loop.

Just waiting for the hotel to get the info in their system so we can call up and reserve. Should be done tomorrow morning they tell me. I will post it all here as soon as we get the number to call and reserve tomorrow and then I will have John post stickys to all the forums later that night.

Ok, we are staying at the same hotel as last year. The Wyndham Harrisburg/Hershey. Its a 5 min. drive into the park from the hotel. If you are flying in there will be plenty of room to catch a ride into the swap meet with other listers that are driving in.
The rooms have high speed internet and are extremely nice. The room rate is $99 per night (per room) and will accommodate 1 to 4 people. You have a choice of 1 or 2 beds so make sure you tell them when you call what you will require.
Please reserve as soon as you can if you are going. We only have a limited number of rooms reserved and as soon as they fill up I have to get back on the phone and try to squeeze some more out of them.
To reserve call 1-800-wyndham and let them know you are inquiring about the "Rennlist" group. That will give you the group rate.
I am going to put together all the banquet information and it along with the hotel information will be on a new post at the top of all forums. I just wanted to get the hotel info out there now so you guys can get the rooms in order first.

I MIGHT be able to make it for one day.....would Sunday be worth while to drive (3 hrs).....I have to work with Eddie Money Saturday night unless I can get out of it.....If I make it, where would I be able to meet some of you guys.....
