If you have a turbo and need parts that are on that car in verifiably good condition and you are near enough to the seller to go and check it out maybe it is worth something for parts.
As a car? Why bother? Spend more and get a better base from which to begin. If you can't afford more than this car, definitely don't get it because it will cost waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more to get it even close to usable.
