Default Smelly cars

This thread is about smells. Particular the ones your car has. My friend has a 944 and his interior smells just like the interior of my S2. Its a rather potent smell thats not necassarily good or bad but nonetheless very apparent. I've grown to love the smell. What kinda smell does your car have and do you smell it in fellow 944's?

My 944s has a smell, ive never been able to figure out what it is... its also not bad or good... smells like a mechanics garage. But I cant identify any one source, its not coolant, its not oil, its not gas... but more a combination of all of them.
I tell people its Porsche's NEW CAR SMELL.

Right now my '83 smells like a mix of WD-40, gasoline, anti-freeze and a hint of Goof-Off (that's an adhesive remover)

Well, my Porsche smells like a greasy old car, but the Honda currenly smells musty because the outer driver's side door window wiper seal is messed up and is letting water get inside the door.

Mine smells like a Saab. Cloth, musty mats from a leak, a little cleaner, plus that 'unidentified' one that makes you happy to sit in it again.

Camel lights, spilled coffee, fishy gear (under the hatch), moldy passenger side (damn leaky window seals).

had the seats re-upholstered by the PO two years ago... but it's a strange gas/acetone-ish smell. Like others, I've grown to like it because it's the S2...

all three of my 944 cars have had the peculiar interior smell. it's a unique interior smell that's a little musty yet not offensive.
