That IS an oddball.. However I try to avoid those that require international shipping, it costs 2x the value of the item itself!! Thanks for the lead, though!

Hey y'all, we SERIOUSLY need to figure out a way to get Dan some contributions asap to help defray the costs of this event.

Dan,

If I contribute a "hot wheel" can I pick the category? I think it could be kinda like a college scholarship thing? I have 30 or so, some dup's that I could sacrifice for the cause.

Find another Moss Green 944 and I'll pay for "US" to be there!!! That would be mine on a trailer and whoever else decides to take me up on my offer.

Hows that for a contribution. I know that I am being a bit weird but, I really wanna see it, and this is not an idle comment. I have been reading the threads for a bit and IIRC there are 5 known 928's that are Moss Green that's it. There are quite a few 80's 911's as well but not sure how many. I wanna find/see another 944 that is Y8 Y8, or LM 6V.

If you show up at the fest I will cover your fuel costs. No repairs, no lodging. I have to see another one.

No re-sprays allowed! I wanna see COA's!

Michael

Heya Michael! That IS a nice offer. We'd need to discuss what you want me to do with your hot wheel, I am open for discussion. FWIW, I think the hot wheels will be mostly "2nd place" trophies as I have some larger cars for the first place trophies. If you want to do some special award, as long as it is for a front engine Porsche, I'm all ears. catch me at 944fest (at) adelphia (dot) net.
As for seeing another moss green, that IS a tall request! I've certainly never seen one, but would love to see yours!
