I had my tub hauled off for $55, and it was pretty easy. My car had no suspension at all and we loaded it on a flatbed with my engine crane holding up the front end. However I have had little luck selling the remaining parts. You are in a better location for that though.
Good luck,
-Joel.

Thanks for the offer but I realized I can't get a white gauge face for the 180 mph to match my other faces.

First I just called a towing company, they told me they'd tow it to a recycler and charge me for a hookup and mileage (worked out to about $100.) So I found a towing company located near a junkyard/recycler (closest one to me) and made a deal on a slow morning when they did not have anything else to do. No one was willing to get it just for the scrap value around here, maybe because they had to drive 10 miles to pick it up.
I supported the back of the car with jackstands and the front with my engine crane. They put the flatbed under the gas tank area and lifted it off the jackstands, then winched it onto the flatbed. When it was 2/3 on the truck I unhooked the engine crane and that was that. Took 10 minues and they did not scratch my garage floor. Before they arrived I used a couple of floor jacks to scoot the shell to the center of my garage so there was more room to get the flatbed in. It was pretty easy.

Hmmm...How about that goofy white porcelain resistor under the hood...not far from the fuse box...Providing that the heater control **** was working on all positions.

IIRC we hauled our tubs on a flatbed trailer to a junkyard, and actually got a few bucks for the weight of the metal. 3 of us picked up the tub once it was stripped and lifted it onto the trailer, not too heavy.
