new owner ...
Well, I've been lurking for a little over 2 years now and i can finally join the ranks of being a Porsche owner ... and does it ever feel great. I must admit I have been dreaming of this day since the first time i saw a Porsche when I was six and my dad told me what that “neat car” was. It's now 15 years later and I'm 21 and am finally at a point where I could afford to get one. So here she is ( please forgive the fact that i haven't washed her as it's pretty cold here and I'm borderline sick anyway )

*they are hosted on my cable connection so give em a second if they are going slow
and since you're bound to notice, yes that is a rennlist sticker in the window and no, I'm not a member yet (although i am planning on signing up in the next couple of days). But since i bought the car from a member he already had the sticker in the window.
After having driven a Honda for the past 5 years there is no comparison ... this car is truly amazing ...

but beggers cant be choosers. Is that a terps sticker i see in the hatch glass? Theyre all over the place around here. The ride from here to Al musta been a fun one. If you dont mind my asking, how much did she run ya?

thanx y'all (i just signed up for membership about 5 mins ago so soon enough I'll be sporting the member status)
and yes, the Maryland sticker was on there when I bought it ... and it was a wild ride indeed as myself and a friend who went with me found ourselves in the middle of that big snow/ice storm (and the drive was a little over 700 miles)

Love the coppenhagen blue. I have one in the family the same color combo. Where is Athens at, we have several AL folks here on the List. I make trips to the state line quite ofter to deliver parts!!

yeah, the cam has just been replaced and there is approx 14k miles left before the belts need to be replaced
and Athens is about 20 mins or so from Huntsville and i live about 14 miles or so south of the TN/AL line
