Atlanta T-Belt/Re-Seal Party
Hey everyone,
I had posted in December about this topic and it was agreed that after the first of the year would be a better time. I have a '88 944S that is in the process of a front end re-seal and timing belt change. My neighbor who is a Nissan mechanic has been helping me, but he has limited time and the car has been on jack stands for 3 weeks now and I really need to get this done. The job is beyond my mechanical skills and I was wondering if anyone in the Atlanta area would like to help me finish her out. I have a garage and very good selection of tools. What I don't have is the tensioning tool. Beer and steaks are on me if anyone is interested. I also have enough room in the garage so we can work on another car if anyone needs to. Thanks in advance.

Thanks to all of you for your quick replies, I am too tired tonight but I will PM all of you tomorrow and hopefully we can get a date set. It would be nice to meet some other P car owners and my wife can see that I am not the only one who is insane enough to love a 20 year old car.

So where are you located? Depending on the day I might be able to swing by. All my experience to this point is on every model *except* the 944 so it would be good to see. And if it's on say...2/13 I'll actually have a car to bring.
