i was driving my car for a few hours today and then my car started to exhibit symptoms like it was miss firing.... car was not overheating and every thing was running good good other then the miss fire like symptoms... the car ran good after i parked the car for a bit when we stopped for lunch and started heading home...i have changed the plugs but not wires or cap......car is a 85 944.....just wondering if any one has had this problem or has a idea of what it could be.....i am new to the porshe and the 944....

try a can of B&G 44K... check the plug wires, injector wires, anything that has to do with fuel or spark.
