I was talking to jason yesterday and he said there was supposta be snaprings on the front swaybar (and there is clearly a spot for snaprings). I have never had any on my car so I guess it might be something they decided they didn't need?

C-clips is another name.

Not sure how to tell the size on those, What are you measuring and I can check mine.

The clips came with the MO30 sways I bought from Paragon.

I will measure this evening for you.

Like I said I was not sure how the ring sizes come, 1/2, 1/4 or #1 #2 or M8, M10 that why I asked what measurement your looking for.

Is that just an M030 thing? I've never seen any snaprings or grooves for them on my old 944 bars, the 951 bars I put on that car, of the bars on the S2.

Yeah, the c-clip is only on the 30mm front bar of the 968 MO30 from what I can tell. Not sure why they put this on the 30mm bar and not the others. I am sure it is there so the bar end does not pull out of the drop link, but the bar has the same length end as a regular S2 bar, and that did not need any retention clip.

The factory part number is N 012 449 1. It also says "19" under the part number in the PET catalog. It will be a metric part and its possible that the 19 is referring to 19mm ID, but you need to check that.

Any reason that you dont want to buy it through a dealer or through paragon? Trying to get it cheaper or quicker than through those sources?
