Count me in too. I've been to most all the 24 Hours since '71, no reason to miss this year. I've hear that the field (Prototypes) will be even larger than last. Brumos has had their car in the motherland for the past several months and I'm hoping it runs the entire race. We'll be bringing the '74 911 RSR to the track for some of the historic racing again. It's the same car that contributed to a 3rd place overall finish at last years LeMans Classic. Oh yea, and I got a tattoo of the Porsche crest of my right bicep when we got back from LM, just wanted alittle reminder of my 1st experience racing there.

The car you're refering to is Nort Northum's GT. I've got the 12th conversion built by Stratton Motorsports and we just finished #13. That's a black one that Nort uses as a rental.
As far as working the race, it's FUN!!!
See you in the Porsche Paddock Sat. A.M.

JB I never had a problem just showed up and found the place and then signed a wiver and parked. Once you drive into the track into the inner part of it just follow the road and it goes to where they are parked. You can't miss it big sign PCA parking and then you pull in there.

"If you drive a Porsche you can part in the PCA parking"
So you have to get infield passes for that??
ALso, for those that don't know, you can go after 6pm and it is only 5$ for grandstand ticket.
Also, 9AM onthe 4th, Firday, yo ucan pay 20$ extra and drive your car on the track for the parade. 2 laps.
seb928s: Thanks for posting on mine in the 951 boards as this lets me see there is going to be a good turnout.

Alos awesome that I will jsut be getting my car back today with the new Lindsey Super 75 tubo and other goodies. I've only driven the car for 3 days in the last 2 months!!
Also, the race ends Sun at noon, Super Bowl isn't till that night. Me and some buddies might do Rolex, then scoot on up to Jax and tailgate party hop at the stadium Would be a nice road trip, especially after all the race gas smell still fresh in my nose .

Yes you would have to have infield passes and infield parking pass and a working Porsche to park there ; Todd I would like to see your set up in the 951.
