Default WONT START :(

Well its been sittin for about a year. It cranks well has spark in all the plugs. I disconnected the fuel line goin to the fuel rail and cranked it nuthing seems to come out. Could this be the fuel pump. Where the heck is it.

There is a check valve after the fuel pump (next to the fuel tank) that could be stuck.
First check if your fuel pump works: remove the DME relay, and replace it with a 3-blade jumper(i.e. short the three thick connection). At this point the fuel should start flowing even without the ignition key, and you'll be able to hear the pump.
If your pump works, you might disconnect the primary fuel filter on the fuel pump side, route to a gas container, and connect the same jumper.
If you still don't have fuel, it must be the check valve, the fuel pump, or the hose between the tank and the pump or the second fuel filter (mounted in the tank, at the nipple coming out of the tank) is clogged.
I assume you have fuel in the tank, and be careful with fuel...

Plenty of fuel in tank i put 8 gallons last night. wheres exactly is the fuel pump located.

Under the car inward from the passneger rear tire. you can wiggle under there without jacking the car up.
