Default looking for a clean 951

I thought about bumping my previous thread, but I've really decided to focus on a turbo. A nice clean car, recent service, preferably within 500 miles of Atlanta. Any year is fine, but I am on a budget so a turboS is not an option.

Any color is fine (not purple and green)...but if I'm being picky, pluses include tan or linen interior, sport seats (I like the cloth), non-red color, and tasteful mods.

They're everywhere! And GaTech's arch-rival (UGA) colors are red and black...man that would be tough.

Looking for 10k or less. At 10k it should have all service up to date, but if I have to do the TB/water pump dance it should be around 8k since I know there will be more to do. Crazy? I know they are out there!

Try www.atwick.com/porsche. This is a VERY nice one owned by a meticules Rennlister. See my post Which one should I buy? His email is tbreen@yahoo.com. This car is awesome. The reason I did not buy it is that I found a 89 turbo close to my budget which by the way was less than $10k also. Tom is very nice and extremely knowledgeable about these cars. I wish I could have 2 I would definitely buy his.

Crap. I just realized that letting my pca membership lapse last year was a mistake. Now I can't browse the pca classifieds. Looks like I'm joining up again.

You meed to be a member to look at the ads? Are you sure about that? Our local club only requires membership to post ads, it delivers a much higher audience.

Yep, you have to me a pca member to browse the mart on pca.org. The individual regions don't require it and I am checking those sites too, but the pca mart has tons of ads.
