Default Gas in the FPR Vacuum lines?

Hey Guys, Ok so I just got my first 951!
I have had to replace the TPS and lots of vacuum lines on the car to replace the old fragile lines. I did notice that the vacuum lines that come off of the rear FPR --or maybe its the stabilizer, which ever one is in the rear-- are full of gas (tablespoon). This is the line that connects thru a Y to the intake manifold, the blow-off valve and other FPR, as well as the Fuel vapor purge system by the brake booster. My question is should there be gas in this line? or is it a sign that the FPR seals are worn out.

No gas. That is bad. Seals/diaphram may be worn in the Damper/ FPR....

The one on the rear of the fuel rail is the FPR and one on the front is a damper Porsche got the whole thing backwords. You will need a new FPR since there shouldn't be any fuel in there.

Yep, the diaphram (sp?) in the FPR has failed. Gotta change the FPR, it's reasonably priced, but it's not cheap.
