Default Brake Master Cylinder Question

I got a new brake master cylinder. The holes (for the reservoir and lines) are all nice and plugged. Question is that the right (passenger) side hole for the brake line is NOT plugged and there is NO hole inside it, as in it doesn't look like it is meant for oil to flow.........is this normal?

Thanks Everyone, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Another pic of the master cylinder:

The green plugs are where the oil feed lines are (first pictures in posts):

This is the passenger sides view, note there is NO plug and looks like an allen head (6mm) with NO oil feed line:

When I got my ATE MC, there was an allen-head plug in the same location as yours, which I unscrewed. The other outlets had rubber plugs in them. Maybe yours has a removeable plug like mine did.
