Question Need some Car Purchase Guidance

This car is local to me, and the seller and I are working out an off EBay
selling price:

White 924S

The car runs well, looks very nice, felt pretty good to me, I noticed a
few things about it (even in the dark).

The drivers door didn't close solidly on an easy pull. I had to kind of give it a
tug to close solidly. Looking at it from the outside, the door doesn't line up
perfectly with the body panel. It's hardly noticeable, but the kind of thing that
us Porsche enthusiasts would notice.

Rear deck glass appears to have been replaced with a 944 glass (obvious
944 spoiler) and the rear wiper, defogger, and deck pull don't work.

In one of the photos you can see some paint flaking on the pass side
hood and bumper. My keen eye also noticed the hood has a slight hump right
along the fender panel. Grey undercoating can be seen under the paint
flaking off.

The current owner did a car fax before he bought this car, and it didn't show
any accidents, but that just means it wasn't reported. Do these things sound
like accident replacements/repairs? Anything else I should be looking at?

Honestly, the car has more power then my current 924S, runs quieter then
my car, and feels pretty good all around. So I'm torn as to what and how
much I should offer for the car. Or if I should pass.

Any suggestions are greatly apprecaited!

Looks like $2000 to $2500 to me. Nothing obviously wrong with it, like busted glass or it won't start.

So hard to value these (old) cars. Not matter how good the PPI, you won't know the real condition until you have put a few thousand miles on it.
