The odometer did read what was written on the receipt, so no joy ride was taken. The more I think about it, the more I think it is the towing companies fault.

I bet its the damn tow company because there aren't that many places where a J hook can go on these cars and you would have to destroy the spoiler to bottom out so hard to break the PS bracket. They probably put the J hook on the PS pump tensioner and pulled with the winch and slipped off catching the sway bar and eventually stripped the 13 mm bolts holding it on the body. Take some pictures and we can have a better idea.
