thats how it looks in columbus right now. streets horrid trying to drive home last night. I70 had a 5 inch layer of ice covered by slush. couldnt even tell that they had been plowing it non stop all day.

it took me 40 mins (after digging my car out of the snow that fell on top of it) to get home from work. somthing that only take s me 15 mins at midnight. i was one of 5 cars on the freeway too.. so it wasnt like it was backed up either. just one big mess.

god I love All-wheel-drive! Got to work today only 10-15 minutes later than usual. All attributable to being slowed behind the 20 mph crowd who have no business being on the road in these conditions. They should leave it for the "professionals", such as myself, who enjoy dashing through the snow in excess of 70 mph.

Well said Scott. I agree.

MMmm Porsche reliability.

...and she started right up. Ran for 10 minutes or so just to keep the antifreeze warm, with no issue. every indicator perfect.

I had to move snow in order to open the door. It's 17 degrees outside right now and dropping.
IF I could get it out- I'd go play a little parking lot drift game.. The newer 4x4 F150 in the space behind me did not get out at 6 am when I went out the first time to sna a few pics and test depth.

On another note- tojo started right up as well.

It's wierd to see ice on the windshield covered by snow in a drop top. I left the drivers door open just in case there was CO present in the cabin due to the snow. The wint is blowing brutally- the leftover and new show is whipping past in gusts at about 30- 35mph.

I know the first spring day that convertible top is going down. Just like may old mustang convert-

...it just seems funny to have snow collecting on the dash.

I digress-

It's a SNOW DAY. anyone up for some online pinochle? (No Harry- not euchre.)

It snowed in Houston and Galveston - on the Gulf of Mexico, but not here!
