For those of you who are lucky enough to not be out fighting the crowds at the malls today, Speed has 3 hours of this past season's Porsche Supercup Series. 12:00noon EST.

Sit back, pop open your favorite beverage and relax.

The editing looks like it was done by Stevie Wonder (always cutting away just as a pass looks like it's happening). I guess that's OK though because some of the cars look like they were driven by Ray Charles.

Just finished watching, Geo was dead on as far as the editing and driving commentary.

Wolf Hensler just dominated that total series. What the heck? Man, the last race of the series in the wet was total mayhem (visions of Tommy Lee come to mind,....mayhem, mayhem, mayhem, !) What was that guy thinking charging into the first turn at full speed in the wet and braking at the last moment? That was a crash waiting to happen..............

The 997 supercup car for next season looks promising!

The funny thing is he's an ex-F1 driver! Even funnier is he almost made it work! He had it pointing the right way when he hit the opposite pavement and if he'd kept it on the pavement (almost did) he would have had the lead! Of course, I would hope he'd receive a penalty for that, but you never know.

Bumper cars - nothin' but bumper cars. For a "race" series that is really sad. I'm surprised there aren't fist fights after every race.
That said - it was road course racing using our favorite marque on... what's that... the SPEED Channel?!? I thought that was the NASCAR Channel? Wasn't that the channel so many of us were bashing as NEVER carrying anthing but Nasty Car?

Yeah, I thought I was watching a demolition derby, not real race drivers. I have been watching some of the SCCA coverage on SPEED and those guys can keep it together.
