Matt, it looks like Phil has made progress. That CF hood is Fing phenomenal. See if you can get him to take off the bumper so I have a shot of the IC. I was just talking to one of the guys here about it.

Yeah, he's been hard at it. The bumper cover will probably come off before to long, he wants to do a fiberglass cover to mold it around the intercooler. Matt, glad you introduced Phil and I. After I finish his cage, He's gonna help me assemble my 2.8 edit: post 100 and it only took me 3 years

OK, what have I missed? What's up with that intake manifold and that (?) BOV? That is interesting.............


The flash photo make that intercooler stand out a bit. What kind is that?

A tad different plumbing for that 3.0 16 V turbo... mmmm....

Looks like a SFR poster child to me
SFR intake, dual TB's, Front mount IC, Godzilla BOV, MAF etc.

nice work.

how did you strip the sound deadening and residual adhesive off the interior? i'm trying to do that now, but it's very painful with acetone. did you use a rotary paint stripper or something?

hmmm, ok, I scroll down to see an LT1 TB, AHHHH< AHHHHH, oh, ok, it's just the TB, calm down, ooo, I see a MAF going UNDER the intake, hmm, that means one thing, ahhh,yes. OOOOo, and the wide valve cover too. Nice man!

To do a front mount intercooler setup, do you have to make you own plumbing or does anyone sell the plumbing for it, also do you keep the stock intercooler?
