I suggest ordering the pipeing off the internet if there are no local shops that bend mandrel.

i know of one in columbus but it wont be cheap. your best bet it to have some one make it out of prebent 3 in tube.

Mandrel benders are not uncommon these days. I know of a few in Columbus that had them a few years back but I'm not too familiar with Cincinnati. Call the local speed/import/tuner/hot rod shops and ask them if they know of anyone. That's what I always do.
