Looks like you solved your problem. Azureus supports PnP port-configuration of firewall/routers that support this, so you don't have to manually map ports directly to your computer's private-IP. Actually works behind corporate/university firewalls (if they haven't disabled PnP feature).

I am not getting any video. do I need some kind of Codec? I get the audio fine but no picture.

Yeah you need x-viD I believe there was a link earlier in this thread to the codec.

Ill email ti to you tomorrow and post the link up here, for anyone esle who still hasnt got it. It's free, and it works, I've used it a bunch lately. They probably make their money by hosting large businesses on their servcie and charging them for it, since the load is probaby much higher than personal uses like this.
