Regardless of technical content or competence, I tend to look at number of posts when I'm buying from someone - a lot of posts means they are more "attached" to Rennlist, so are less likely to screw me and risk their reputation.

That's a good point, probably works most of the time. There was a poster on the 944turbo BBS here that had a lot of posts, however, and was notorious for sticking it to people. I guess like everything else, there are exceptions to the rule. Buyer beware, even from high-posting Renn members..............

uhh, iono. How many posts do I have over there. I try not to be too much of a post-*****, I also try to include stuff like, "double check" when I'm not sure. I'd like to think that, if I feel that I could easily be wrong, I either don't post or kida throw it in as a question just to get an answer for my knowelege. I've been flamed before for things I feel strongly on, sure it'll happen again. I try to base my posts, off of presonal knowelege, experience and GOOD resources. Hell, all I can do is try and make a drastic attempt not to be a troll.

OH! please don't base my knowelege rating on spelling, puntuatio or mistypes.
