Solutions:

Current problems:
- Headlight covers are spaced too far to the outside of the car. I need to shim them inwards.
- AIR header panel is too tall where it meets the hood.
- AIR header panel is too narrow, needs to be another 1/8" or 1/4" wider to be flush with the driver quarterpanel.
Solutions:
- any suggestions?
- do we lightly sand the top edge?
- just build up the outer edge with more fiberglass?

Getting the headlights to mount up on my car like they would of looked from the factory after I painted my car was a complete nightmare...! THis is one of the more difficult tasks to do....Three 10mm to a triangular bracket in the wheel well, And I mean way up in the wheel well, and then three more 10mm's on the other side of each headlight, behind or on the side of the back of the header panel....I eneded up replacing all of the triangular brackets and the plastic rollers or bushings before I was happy with the end result...Shimming works to an extent...And the project is looking good, those header panels are not really for my taste, but everything else is looking very good so far...Keep going....

PS: On your link, I see the tow eye left in the bumper. Good idea, mine is almost always on there.
