2 words for my 924S... snow tires...

get a set, and damn. they grip like sandpaper on jello.... (I'm assuming that's good unless the jello disintegrates....)

It's true, my turbo did great last year in the snow, even without snow tires. But I found a good deal on an 87 325is, and I've got the opportunity to work on the 944, so away it goes!

for some reason here in SW Pa they are salt happy.....especially if you live at a ski resort....they like the roads to be passable for everyone and the pour the salt on pretty heavy.....I don't mind the snow and acutally like driving in the snow (my Jeep) ....but I just don't want all that salt on my 944
