Default Stimulated Sheepskin Seat Cover Group Buy

I wanted to see if there was any interest in doing a group buy on stimulated sheepskin seat covers from JC Whitney:

http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P.../p-435/c-10101

I'm hoping we can get enough Rennlisters together to get the price knocked down to a more reasonable $34.95 + shipping.

Please post with your interest - I'll see how many jump on before contacting JC Whitney and JD.

Do you "stimulate" the sheep first?

I think you might mean "simulated".

I have manual seats. Are these only for power? I'm confused.

I'm in if you can wait 2 months for me to save up the money. Can you get an extended window on this? Kewl.

Haha, joke all you want. You should try to organize a group buy. I won't do it again.

Um, not sure, we'll have to look into that upon ordering. I'm sure JC Whitney can handle anything, if they don't carry it for auto's you don't need it. So I'm sure they can accomidate.

I'm sure it will take about that long to get all the orders together. I'm expecting this to be huge. It's too good of a deal to pass up.

I have heard that those APC nylon seat covers with the dragons on them are better. Does anyone else have any feedback or ideas about them? Could we look into those as well?

Exactly, what is the chemical composition of the stimilated sheep covers?

How do the two compare?

We're talking about a lot of money here, I want to make the right, informed, decision.

Thanks!

Pete,
Glad your in - make this a sticky please

Tifo,
I dunno, the dragon seat covers? I'd hate to be known as the guy that turned a ton of 944's into rice.

Can we get these in porsche carpet matching colors? I wouldn't want it to clash with my shade...

Sam, why put all of that money into a $5,000 car? That's just crazy-talk, I tell ya.

Tifo, you forget, that $5,000 944 will be worth $6,000 by 2025.

I'm sure if we send some samples this could be arranged - not sure if there would be an extra cost. I'll have to look into that.

I know the feeling - I was browsing around a Ford Escort forum trying to find an original OEM radio for my friends 1984 Escort GT that he's doing a full body off restoration. I just happened to click on a "group buy" thread and saw they were doing a group buy for real sheepskin covers (those guys must be made of money) I looked into this, way too rich for me so I poked around JC Whitney and found the stimulated coves and thought "That's the ticket!!"
