When the sheepskin becomes un-stimulated, it gets to be a rather boring material if I do say so myself. Sorry, but putting these in a Porsche is like farting in a diver's helmet - it's just plain wrong!

What if we bypassed JC Whitney all-together. You know, figured out..............WHO sells the covers to them, and then go directly to the manufacturer................CUT OUT the middle man....................Rmills, I see your point.............BUT........................we should.................consider the fact that the factory seats are REALLY meant to be looked at and not SAT IN daily. THESE sheepskin covers would add to the value of the car BY protecting the material from UV light and butt-scrubbage.

PS: Can you get the weight of those for me?!? The covers that is. Has anyone else HERE, weighed their covers if they have a DIFFERENT brand..........?

Tifo - In that case, I shall require 3 sets to layer - softer, more protectant, and much less wear on the seats. Also, we should cut out all the middle men and go straight to the sheep farmer and have someone on the board stitch them together for us. I do agree that weight may be an issue, therefore in my car, I will go to aluminum racing buckets with sheepskin covers (don't want to wear out that aluminum).

I think it may be a Trabant, comrade. Not sure tho.
Eastern Block car for certain. Betcha old Beetle parts would work---they fit EVERYTHING!
Hijack over. Sorry.

BACK TO THE GROUP BUY TOPIC

thank you.

Anybody know a stimulated sheep farmer? I'm liking the "do it yourself" approach for this.

Jerry, I don't think it's possible to hijack this thread.

I can't figure out why I haven't moved it yet.
